How do we grow into more senior executive roles?

This third section provides the foundation of future success and achievement as a junior executive as well as what is necessary to move to senior leadership.  Much like other tiers in organizations, executive leadership has scales and scopes that are significantly differentiated.  The mind and skill sets necessary for more senior executive roles require rigorous attention and concentration that cannot truly be understood without proximity as a junior executive.  The concepts presented in this section are a start for the junior executive to begin the foundation-building necessary to prepare for advancement in their organization.
